  • 27% of workers identified work friendships as an aspect that they love about their job, but 54% of workers say they don’t socialize with any coworkers outside of work

  • Positive attitude (36%)
  • Kindness (35%)
  • Open-mindedness (32%)
  • Confidence (25%)
  • Teaching capabilities (21%)
  • Humility (20%)
  • Loyalty (17%)
  • Creativity (14%)

However, a whopping 35% said they don’t admire any of the above attributes in their managers!
